Order processing

Orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm payment, product availability and delivery information. Professional diagnostic products may require additional processing for registration, configuration or licensing.

Domestic delivery

We ship eligible merchandise to addresses within the United States and supported U.S. territories using established parcel and freight carriers. The carrier and service level depend on the product size, destination and handling requirements.

International orders

International delivery may be available by quotation. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs-related fees are generally the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be imported and used in their destination country.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided after the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier capacity, remote destinations, customs review or other circumstances outside our control.

Large and specialized equipment

ADAS frames, calibration systems and other oversized products may ship by freight. Freight deliveries can require an appointment, commercial access or lift-gate service. Any special requirements should be disclosed before shipment.

Inspecting your shipment

Inspect the package promptly after delivery. Report visible damage, missing cartons or incorrect items as soon as possible and retain the original packaging, shipping label and photographs for review.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the delivery location and current tax requirements. Approved tax-exempt purchasers may be asked to provide valid documentation before an exemption is applied.
